ShutterPilot WA LLC and affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ShutterPilot Photo Hub service and related photo-delivery products. This policy describes the personal data we process when you use a photo booth, our website, or when your contact information is collected to send you photos and related content.

We use SMS and email for the purpose of delivering photos, links, and related assets to you that you requested at a kiosk, through a share flow, or through a campaign configured by an event host. We do not use your phone number or email to send unrelated marketing messages on behalf of ShutterPilot LLC.
Event host. Your contact information (such as the phone number or email you provided for delivery) may be shared with the event host, booth operator, or the organization that ran the event or photo experience, so that they can provide follow-up related to the event, service, or your participation. They should only use that information in line with their own notice to you, applicable law, and (where required) your consent. ShutterPilot LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated third-party marketing in our role as described in this policy.
If you have created a ShutterPilot Photo Hub account, we use your email to operate that account, send account-related and transactional messages, and, where you opt in, relevant service communications as permitted by law. If you have taken a photo that was sent through this service, we use the phone number or email you supplied solely to effect that delivery unless otherwise described here (for example, sharing with the event host as set out above) or with your additional consent if required by law.
We do not use your information to sell, rent, or trade your contact details to third parties for their independent advertising or unconnected marketing, and we do not use your data for that kind of third-party or marketing use on their behalf, beyond what is described in this document (for example, operational and transactional delivery, and the event host follow-up described above).
We may use trusted infrastructure and sub-processors to host and send messages; they are permitted to use data only to perform services for us, subject to appropriate terms and safeguards. Aside from the event host follow-up and similar operational disclosures described in this policy, you should also review the privacy terms of the venue, operator, or brand that operated the photo experience where applicable.
